Our solid gold sea fan ripples in the waves with delicate movement of its branches. Though it resembles a plant, this red sea fan is indeed an animal and it comes alive when you wear it.

Our sea fan is represents all our oceans' coral reefs. Coral reefs give home to 25% of all marine life, making them one of the most diverse ecosystems on the planet. Pollution from fishing vessels & tourism, as well as overfishing have attributed to their rapid demise, but the most crucial factor is global warming. Record high ocean temperatures have caused mass bleaching events which kill huge areas of coral, leaving a white wasteland where no life exists.
