The Founder Behind Spirit Animals

Kelley Ferro, the third generation in a family of jewelers, is the driving force behind Spirit Animals. Spirit Animals grew from her determination to help our disappearing animals. That driving force, coupled with her personal background growing up in a family of jewelers led to the creation of the brand. 

Kelley’s background as a travel journalist has enabled her to explore the ends of the Earth. She's had access beyond the tourist veil in order to experience, firsthand, the plights of our planet’s most incredible places.

Throughout a decade of documenting our natural world, Kelley’s personal mission became clear: to preserve, protect and ultimately save these places and animals that are in peril. Each part of this planet is connected, from the elephants to a tiny grass,  and each plays a vital role in our collective survival.
