Returns & Exchanges

Spirit Animals wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. While we cannot offer returns, we will gladly allow an exchange of equal or greater value if the item is returned within 10 days of the delivery date. We also offer a store credit. 

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be returned in the same brand new condition within 10 business days from the delivery date. Returns after the 10-day period are not eligible for exchange or store credit. 

Spirit Animals does not cover return shipping. 

Engraved, customized, personalized and special orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
